Returns for damaged merchandise
If your item arrives and you believe it to be misprinted/damaged/defective, you must email us within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Reasons for Returns
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. We kindly ask that you pay the reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we’ll gladly exchange your item one time for a different size. You may also request a refund in the form of store credit. We ask that you pay to ship the item to us, and the item must be in un-used / un-worn condition.
